Ain't Too Proud follows The Temptations' journey from the streets of Detroit to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. With their signature dance moves and unmistakable harmonies, they rose to the top of the charts creating an amazing 42 Top Ten Hits with 14 reaching number one. Through friendship and betrayal amid the civil unrest that tore America apart, their moving and personal story still resonates five decades later.

Imperial Theatre:
This theater does not have elevators or escalators. Wheelchair seating available. Theatre is not completely wheelchair accessible. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating.

Theatregoers eager to return to Broadway will need to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 before the curtain rises. Masks will also be required inside the theatre, per current CDC recommendations in the wake of the Delta variant.
Exemptions will be made for patrons under 12 and those with either a medical condition or "closely held religious belief" that prevents them from receiving the vaccine. In those instances, the individuals will be required to show proof of a negative COVID test (either a PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance or an antigen test within six hours).
In addition to proof of vaccination, all guests 18 years or older must also present a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport. Guests under 18 may also use a school photo ID. Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who meets the above requirements.
